Make it a traditional Cornish getaway at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage, located in Newlyn a pebbles throw away from the harbour. Mermaid cottage is quaint and has all you will need for a family holiday, nestled amongst a small row of pretty terraced cottages. Getting to Penzance or to Mousehole is easy as there is a bus stop on the door step, shops, pubs, restaurants, takeaways and fresh fish sales are a short walk away.

Open up the traditional cottage door and be welcomed into a homely sitting room with exposed stone walls and a feature fireplace, Large Smart TV.

Gorgeous white farmhouse kitchen/diner, for cooking up a fabulous family feast with the help of the many handy appliances that lie within. Dining table for 5 guests.

From here a door leads out to a bathroom with bath (shower over) and separate WC.

Up on the first floor, three attractive bedrooms ; two lovely doubles and a single.

Please note the only bathroom/ WC is on the ground floor. The steps are a little steep, so the property may not be ideal for those with reduced mobility or young children.

The property is accessed through the front door, using a lock box style key safe. The whole of the cottage will be privately your for the duration of your booking.

We are local and can be called and attend the property if and when required.

The internal stairs are a little steep, not noticeable going up but some may note this going down.
