Large Double-en suite room

Located in a quiet location outside of Newquay centre.

Modern double room with a private en-suite bathroom and shower. The room has built in wardrobe with plenty of wardrobe space and storage. My house is a cosy 3 bed house which I am continually trying to improve! (photos suggest it's a small room - it's bigger than they make out!)

The garden is a small garden with a patio area with outdoor furniture and off road parking spaces.

The living areas are modern and spacious and all housemates have full access to the living areas. You won't be a lodger confined to your bedroom.

I work in the emergency services so I work a rotating shift pattern of days lates and night shifts. Due to this, a housemate who is respectful to shift work will be appreciated.

Whilst I am at work, you will have the house to yourself. I'm a really easy going live in land lord and respectful of private space.

I also have a cat!

*As it stands, my current housemate is leaving due to purchasing her own property. This should be fully completed by early - mid January 2020.

The double En-suite will be available as soon as she leaves. Any potential housemates who want the room are more than welcome to use the single bedroom in the interim between now and early january if required.
