Self contained, studio flat attached to our family home. 5 mins from the beach. We’re looking for a quiet single person to rent our holiday let for the winter. The studio is private and self contained with your own parking, entrance, bathroom and kitchenette. THIS IS A 6 MONTH WINTER LET ONLY. We are sorry but we are not able to offer any longer as we are required to holiday let this space 6 months of the year.
The monthly cost includes all bills but we will be asking our tenant to be respectful of energy costs.
