*Available* Furnished room on quiet street

Initially this will be a 4 month let but this can be extended, if the initial 4 months goes well.
We are a full time working professional couple and our little dog. My partner works away and is only home a couple weekends a month, so will mainly be sharing with just me.
We live on a quiet friendly street with plenty of, on road free unrestricted parking, 20minute walk into town.
I like to get away im my camper van as much as possible. I like quite evenings and weekends. I am very considerate of others and enjoy a clean tidy house.

The spare double room is newly decorated, the room comes furnished with plenty of storage, smart tv and shared access to a newly renovated shared bathroom and shared kitchen, use of all kitchen equipment, dishwasher, washing machine and Wi-Fi included. We also offer shared use of the garden.
We generally do not accept overnight guests. m unless approved prior.
