Room in 3bed Flat for single, 6mths, near Fistral

A room in our 3bedroom flat/house has become available, for an at least 6 month (effectively 8 month) contract.
LOCATION: Walking distance to Fistral and Towan Beaches and town. The rm is on the Higher Tower Rd side of the house.

MOVE IN: A tenant who can pay rent from 8 May is required.

THE ROOM: has a double bed, modern white chest of drawers, and space for a small desk for work from home.
Wardrobe is only a hanger (but the bed has storage underneath).

THE FLAT: A new build with a good sized modern clean lounge-kitchen-dinner which opens onto a small backyard (which no longer has a sun umbrella apologies). There is only a very tiny fridge and freezer, but an otherwise nice, fully fitted out kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, and more.

CONDITION: A very nice modern flat/house but there have been some issues with door handles breaking and loose things, the property manager is local and fixes things.

BILLS: All Bills are included, although a rise in rent by the landlord (likely less than £100) due to power price rises is possible at any time given the national situation.

CLEANING: We are all busy working and like to keep the flat clean and tidy so expect all flatmates to contribute to the cost of a 1-2x week cleaner, with autopay set up.

WIFI: The flat has wifi but it is very poor and unreliable and a past user of the room used a toggle for broadband at own expense. Fibre is promised but we await BT.......

PARKING: There is one park with the flat but it is taken. Parking nearby is quite good though; Atlantic Rd and the Atlantic Rd carpark are 2mins, and even in busy summer parking can always be found within a few mins walk.

PEOPLE: We are currently a couple in 40s in the top ensuite room, and a professional woman late 30s in the 2nd bedroom.
You would be the 4th flat mate in the 3rd room. Your bathroom would be shared with the other woman.

Non smokers preferred (a no smoking, no drugs house), this is not a party house although social and friendly, Netflix and wine/beer in the lounge, etc, and vegans are welcome (one flatmate is vegan).

VIEWINGS: Saturday 26th March or soon after.
