Here we have a clean and tidy family home in the heart of Newquay, only five minutes walk from Morrisons, Lidl, McDonald's and a stones throw away from Water World Leisure Centre and Newquay Zoo. There's also a shortcut that can be taken making a trip into Newquay town just 10/15 minutes away on foot. We are very laid back and easy to get on with and all respect each other's privacy

We have on offer a freshly decorated spacious single room with a recent new carpet, ready for someone who is an animal lover, clean living, willing to look after, maintain and clean their own space. We have one lodger living with us already and he's been here for over 8 years, our previous lodger was here for over 11 years.

As well as having a bright and sunny feel, the room is fully furnished with a comfy bed, hanging wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. It has also been recently upgraded with recent new floorboards and full floor insulation, making this room lovely and cosy during the winter months. The house has now had all new radiators too!

There's also a recent new kitchen that has a purpose built area for our lodgers, with access to gas cooker, kettle, toaster and microwave as well as a cleaning rota for the lodgers side of the kitchen and lodgers bathroom.

We are looking for someone in full-time employment, so unfortunately we don't accept anyone on benefits

We ourselves are clean living and do not wish to share our space with users of any illegal substances

An animal lover is a must as we have a cat and a Chihuahua. We also have a 2yr old old son. As a result of already having pets, I'm afraid we're unable to accommodate pets
