Tenancy Deposit:
We use Reposit to offer a zero deposit alternative to the standard 1 month’s rent. This means you can save cash and still be covered.
Alternatively, you could put down a security deposit of 1 month's rent. This is held with The Deposit Protection Scheme and is refundable when you move out depending on the condition of your room and your rent being paid up to date.
