Room on edge of Newquay

Hi everyone, got a room coming up in my house, which is on the outskirts of Newquay (in the estate next to Morrisons). You’ll be living with myself and 2 young golden retriever boys (see below 🐶) so a love of dogs is a must!
I am out the house Monday-Friday 7am-7pm and have dogs boarding with me most days, so can have up to 5 dogs in the house at a time! Please consider this before applying!
Details:
- £600 a month all bills and wifi included.
- £500 deposit.
- Reference of previous landlord, ID and proof of wage required.
- 25+ years. (I’m 32).
- Female preferred.
- Single person (no couples).
- No pets or children due to already having dogs.
- 6 months contract initially, chance to extend to the right person.

What you get:
- Double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table and bed. (Small Tv if required)
- Shared main and second bathroom.
- Use of kitchen and washing machine.
- Use of garden, plenty of space for surfboards 🙂
- Plenty of on street parking.
- 30 min walk to town.
- All the dog cuddles you could ever need 😂

Definitely not a party household (I’m pretty sober, but do enjoy the odd glass of wine here and there). Looking for someone super chill and responsible (because of the dogs) to share my space with. I work a lot and need my sleep 😂but always happy to sit down and chat and hang out, or if you like to keep yourself to yourself, that’s fine too! 😂💖
