Double Room

Hi All,

I currently have one double room available from now @ £500pcm for 1/2 months in a house that's being sold.

Would suit someone working in the area or on a long holiday. or just moving to the area.

*Please tell me a little about yourself and how long you would like to take the room for*

Strictly for single occupancy only, I can't take couples due to occupancy laws

All bills included.
Central heating,
washing machine,
fully equipped kitchen etc etc,
Jacuzzi bath.
Very good power shower,
Cool furnished house all in all.
South facing yard catches sun all day when there is some!
Over 25's only please,

Communal areas left clean,
remain clean for everyone's use.
We all get on in the house very well because of this.

Close to beaches, town centre,
Aldi, Asda, Fruit n veg shop, Post Office 3 mins. We are on a cul de sac road so pretty quiet for it's location, parking normally available too!

Council tax B included in price.
