Priority will be given to tenants seeking longer term tenancies.

Please, no party animals - this is a lovely residential neighbourhood with amenable neighbours and room mates who may be working unpopular shifts.

Modern kitchen with 8 ring dual fuel (gas/electric) cooker, brand new washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge freezer. Shared lounge/ diner.

Communal cleaning is shared on a weekly rota basis agreed between housemates.

ALL room prices are for ONE person. Sorry no couples.

You are responsible for your own TV licence and contents insurance.

If you are not working, please do NOT apply. Employers' and at least 2 previous landlords references are essential. Sorry, no JSA etc.

WIFI, Gas central heating, electricity and water included - fair use applies.
