Double room available Par, Nr St Austell. Sharing.

Spare room available end of June - in Par, nr St Austell. £333 a month + Bills (around £155 a month). This is because I am moving out and leaving brilliant housemate behind.

The flat is above a shop (Co-op), the room is a double (there’s a spare room which currently an office/ extra storage room). It’s a big flat, much bigger than modern houses. Has excellent gas central heating (which we don’t use much), an electric hob, shower and bath. It’s light and airy, lots of windows and a big living room.

There is a free car park next door and it’s a ten min walk from the sea and par train station.

Because we would be changing the name on the tenancy you must be happy to sign a 12 month contract (that’s the letting agent’s terms).

A bit about the staying housemate:
"I’m pretty laid back as a flat-mate, and I think there’s more to life than having a spotless flat. Don’t worry I’m house trained though! I’m friendly although I like my own space too! I like music, sci-fi and horror, and am always looking to add more books to the collection. I will be studying for a masters next year, which I’m super excited about."
