Large Double Room In respectable, sociable house

Hi all! Currently have a freshly decorated, large unfurnished double bedroom available for let. Great local area with all amenities - public transport etc... and only a 5 min walk from numerous beaches. We are an easy going, respectful bunch that share household duties (in a relaxed manner) the large garden is a great place to chill in the summer. Smoking is strictly outdoors. We have 2 cats so unfortunately no other pets allowed (unless they’re in tanks). There is plenty of space in the attic for storage if necessary. I’m looking for a working person with a good attitude to life. We don’t like drama here so please no drama kings or drama queens need apply. Will send photos to those who are interested.
