The house is located in Par half a mile from the beach. Local amenities includes two mini supermarkets open until 10pm. A bus stop ( less than 30 sec walk) and main line train station. ( 7 minutes walk) Takeaway outlets available..

You will be sharing with a 41 year old male in full time employment with lots of house share experiences in Bristol. Enjoys gardening, hiking and music.

We are looking for someone in full time employment who is considerate, tidy a good communicator and enjoys making a home.
Initially trial period will be for 3 months and then to be reviewed with a longer tenancy.
