Room with shared facilities available near Morvah to share with easy going professional, not a fussy household but clean and tidy (wellie's/walking boots/waterproofs/ some inevitable dog hair) so must like dogs as I have a 10year old Jack Russell who is man of the house! Perfect for nature lovers and walkers who like the quiet life, close to South West Coast Path.
Parking available. Room is mainly unfurnished but can supply single bed, small TV, armchair and bookshelf if required.
The property is close to a dairy farm and art gallery.
Double Glazing, Central heating. All bills included except telephone call's made on the landline.
Looking for someone easy going, good humoured and reliable.
There is a bus service but this is limited so own transport may be best depending on your circumstances. The village of Pendeen has a shop, post office, pubs and fish and chip shop and is just under a mile away.
Prefer a longer term arrangement but will consider shorter term stays,
