Double Bedroom in Two Bedroom House

Hi all,

I have a furnished double bedroom available from the 3rd December that's close to the university, train station and local amenities.

I'm a sociable individual who has recently finished a Film MA and is setting up as a sound recordist and designer. I also do some supply teaching and bar work and play in the odd band, or at least I did before Covid. I'm up for sharing meals if you're into that sort of thing and watching weird and wonderful movies. I am also into running, cycling, jumping in the sea and having the odd beer.

The shared living space consists of a living room, kitchen and conservatory. There is a garage that usually has plenty of space for surfboards, bikes and other equipment: there's currently an antique harmonium in there if that floats your boat. There is also some off-street parking available. Utilities are included, but I am looking for someone who is willing to share in paying the council tax.

I will consider well behaved pets - although I'm not into having the sofa scratched to hell, as I've recently learned.
