I have a double room available to rent in a bright and modern house in Penryn, which has beautiful views of the Penryn viaduct.

The house is fully furnished and is spacious and warm, with a large living room with French doors leading out onto the garden and a separate kitchen/diner.

The property also has a large, private garden with a patio and a large shed for storing surfboards & bikes.

The room is available for 3 months (from March 21st to June 28th). I would also consider letting for a shorter time frame for those looking for interim accommodation. Please get in touch of this is you.

The house would suit a working individual (single occupancy only) or a student.
All bills are included in price of £800 PCM.

Please note that I won't be living there during this time but will be managing the garden so may need occasional access which I will give notice for.

A contact will be drawn up and signed by both parties for the duration of the tenancy.
