The first room available for rent is a double bedroom with furnishings (without if necessary). The second room available is a single bedroom with furnishings. The occupants also have access to rest of house including living room, kitchen/dining room, utility room, bathroom and gardens(front and back).
All bills are included in the monthly rent of £500 for the double and £375 for the single. Access to wifi is available.
The house boasts a great garden with shed and greenhouse which the occupant can use for growing veggies, etc if they want.
The occupant should be someone who works most of the week and who enjoys the outdoors, music (great to have a fellow musician in the house), watching films, playing games, going out for drinks, etc in their spare time.
