1 double room in lovely Penryn

The room (available from September) is furnished and we have a shared bathroom (with 2 others) and a shared kitchen and living room.. The house is in a nice quiet area of Penryn, 5 minutes walk from University, 15 minutes walk from Penryn station, 10 minutes drive to Falmouth plus convenient bus routes nearby. Wifi and Netflix included.

Myself and Charlotte are the permanent residents and run a theatre company and are often on tour but are not usually away from the house for long. We are tidy, relaxed people who work from home and enjoy spending the evening watching a good film or tv series from our extensive collection! We also have a big fluffy ginger cat called Marm...

Our room is ideal for either a professional person or a third year/MA/mature student. (Sorry, but we are unable to accommodate couples, children or pets). We only have one bathroom & a small kitchen so we limit regular guests (partners) staying over to once a week to maintain the harmony of the space. (We stick to that rule too:)
