Own shower room/toilet included, this is on the same floor but not en suite.
Room furnished with comfy double bed, solid wood wardrobe and chest of drawers.

House has plenty of on street parking, 150MB/s broadband, Freesat, South facing garden.
Rent includes council tax and water but gas and electricity to be split.
Kitchen/dining area and lounge are all a good size, clean, tidy and comfortable.
Bus route at the end of the road if you need it and Penryn is about a 10 minute walk down the hill. Excellent location for travelling in to Falmouth, Penryn or up to Truro.

Looking for someone who is clean, tidy, sociable and respectful of the house. It is a welcoming and relaxing environment, not a party house but always happy to share some meals, bbq's and a few drinks either at home or out etc.

You'll be sharing with Geoff and Rachel. Between us we have a whole range of interests ranging from anything outdoors, photography, sailing, animals, travel, diving, cooking, socialising and loads more.

We just wanted to add here that we're preferably looking for a professional female, late 30's+ because both of us are in our early 40's and we would like someone on a similar wavelength.
