Double rooms in St Just

The House:
A stone-built terraced town cottage in central location. The old building has been doubled in size with a huge light modern extension on both floors.
Kitchen, large sitting room, three bedrooms, bathroom & garden.

Me:
Im a 53 yr old psychotherapist / shamanic healer, living here with my 9 yr old dog. We are good friends! I'm quite easy-going and like a good chat but also value quiet time a great deal.
I work from home so someone who is out of the house during some days is essential.

The 2 Rooms:
1 double bedroom in the old part of the cottage is watertight and cozy. Curtained & Carpeted, wardrobe, chest of drawers. King size bed. £420 a month

1 large bedroom with single bed, with a large desk, wardrobe and floor . £370 a month

All sheets, pillows, duvet and towels provided if required.
4 electric sockets & 1 Tv Arial socket with TV if required.

Shared spaces:
Kitchen. Very large spacious light room with all mod cons. You will have use of your own fridge freezer & cupboard space. Microwave & Washing machine available. Modern
Bathroom. huge bathroom with built in vanity unit, sink and surrounding lights. Walk-In shower & Clawfoot Bath with shower attachment.
Juliette balcony with views over the hills with horses cows and sheep. Modern
Sitting room: cozy stone fronted fireplace with large wood burner with loads of comfy places to snuggle. Modern furnishings, fluffy rugs & Lampshade lighting create a tranquil haven.
Tv in builtin cabinet means it's there if required but not in your face.

You:
Privacy is important to you but you also value daily contact time with a friendly chat over a cuppa. The kitchen is also my work space, so it has several
Identities which you'll get to know and work with hopefully. Happy to share cooking or not.
You're welcome to build the fire and use the space quietly.
You are willing to work with a 'leave no trace' policy in shared areas and aren't comfortable living in mess or leaving a mess.

Dog:
Super clean, doesn't smell, drool, poo in garden or leave mud everywhere. He's polite, gallant and loves people. Also loves ball play and good friends.

St Just town house - ideal for working away from home. Relocation, travelling with work etc. Or Students at Penwith college.
