Available in April, possibly the 25th, there may be some flexibility depending on when the current lodger leaves. Room with a double bed, at the back of the house overlooking Morrab Gardens. An easy walk in to town, shop & cafes and close to Jubilee Pool, and seafront Promenade, great for an evening stroll.
The rent includes the all bills; gas, electric, internet, water, TV License, Council Tax. HOWEVER, please note: with the increasing cost of utilities the amount payable by the lodger may increase according to the price increases, including Council Tax. All increases shared equally by the lodger/s and landlady.
Cleaning of your own room is required and shared cleaning of bathroom and kitchen.
Kitty for household accessories eg toilet paper, cleaning products, etc.
Linen & bedding not included in rental.
My current lodger, Mark, a young 65yrs, is quiet and considerate, works Mon-Fri.
I have one friendly tabby cat, Mirabel, and would like that a lodger will be happy to feed Mirabel if I go away for a few days or longer.
I'm an artist and mostly work at home.
I am looking for a friendly, considerate lodger with a good SOH.
Parking - free on the street when available or free on nearby roads and seafront.

NB - enquiries for short stays eg up to 2 months, in the Spring & Summer months would be charged at £650 per month (4 weeks). Winter months, November to February £600 per month (4 weeks).
