The attic rooms for the sole use of the lodger include a bedroom with a double bed and ensuite toilet and basin and a sitting room with a sea view. There is a large landing with a fridge and kettle and a large store with a hanging rail. There is a door at the bottom of the attic stair which provides privacy to the attic rooms. The rooms are furnished. The lodger would share the bath/shower in the house bathroom and the kitchen and have use of the large front garden.
