A spacious double room within my mum's sunny & cosy 2 bed cottage within a stones throw from Penzance town centre. The house is centrally located within Penzance set back from a peaceful road with a private front garden with mature shrubs and seating and a sunny yard at the back with plants and outside seating.

My mum is only able to live at the cottage for less than half the year, so you would have it to yourself most of the time.

Near to bus, train and Isles of Scilly transport. Great for coast path walkers and only a 14 min walk to the sea and Jubilee Pool.
