Please note: there is no washing machine in the property, there is a launderette operating 7 days a week in town by the rail station. Exempt from TV licence, therefore no live TV may be watched including overseas channels.

Major supermarkets are within walking distance, good transport links with bus stops practically on the door step and the railway station about 15-20 minutes walk. Overnight visitors not allowed, day visitors subject to approval.
