Hello! I have a a room available on a temporary basis because my house is up for sale. So, if you're looking for something short term this could be for you. There are two of us living here (one female and one male) and two dogs (one female and one male!!) We're good people and live quietly. You are working or studying full time, who is cheerful, polite, quiet, clean and tidy, easy-going, reliable and self-contained. Non smoking and moderate drinkers please.

The house is modern and detached with a back garden that overlooks a stream. The room is large, bright, cheerful, newly decorated, well heated and simply furnished. We will share the kitchen, bathroom and garden. The garden is very pretty, private and sheltered and we get visits from squirrels and birds. The kitchen and bathroom are also recently decorated and the house is slightly bo-ho / reclaimed wood in style.
Whilst there is no room to park outside the house (I'm down short a track) there is plenty of street parking.
Bills and free wi-fi included.
This is a lovely house very close to the sea and parks and it takes only 5-10 minutes to walk into Penzance town centre.
