Simple Room in Warm, Quirky House, Penzance

I'm looking for a lodger who is a pleasure to share my home with, who is in paid work and easy going.

I have a room to rent in my 3 storey home, you'll be sharing with me. The room is on the ground floor, is a double, though not huge (2.3m x 2.3m), and furnished with a double bed, table, chair, cupboard, thick homemade curtains, there is also a small amount of extra storage space outside the room. There is a shared bathroom (and an additional toilet), and a shared kitchen/living room. The kitchen is south facing, light and homely, with a balcony and there is an outside courtyard too.

The property is only 18 years old, so well insulated, and is 3 minutes walk from the train and bus stations.

ABOUT ME: I work from home a fair amount, have a good social life and also enjoy time at home sharing food or conversation. My dog is 8yrs old, sleeps a lot, is gentle and likes food/attention.
