Spacious room, beautiful views, 15 min beach walk

The room has a large wardrobe and lots of space. It has beautiful views over copperhouse pool in Hayle and gets the morning sun, so very light. It's a peaceful and calm space to be in. Available from May.

The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs and a shared bathroom. The downstairs consists of a lounge and kitchen. The ground floor is a garage area (great for storing things like surf boards) with a spare toilet but I tend to avoid using it because of the spiders. There’s a little garden out the back too. One parking space available.

It is a 15 minute walk to Hayle beach along George Memorial walk and then along the Harbour.

A little about me – I’m from Cornwall and work as a videographer. I have a studio in Redruth so work half from home and half in the studio. I’m sociable and enjoy going out most evenings to fitness classes. I'm usually in bed by 10-11pm. Up at 7-8am. I like music, cooking, fitness, nature.
I have a cockatiel called Pidgey who is out and about the house for an hour or two each day. Because of this I'm not so open to pets because I'd rather he didn't get eaten but if you have a pet that will get on with him then I'm happy for them to move in too.

It’d be great to find a housemate who is sociable (friends who also respect each other’s personal space) clean and tidy and someone who is creative or into the outdoors would be a bonus!
