Lodging room to rent in 2 bed modern renovated house. The place is smart & minimalist with professional engineer live-in landlord. I work generally three days away, 2 days from home, then i’m out locally at the weekend.

Local sailing club if that’s what you’re into.
10min drive off A38 main road East to Plymouth or West into Kernow.
Own transport recommended (car, or bike if you have strong legs).
