Pretty spacious furnished room with bathroom

Comfortably furnished double bedroom (single occupancy). in a traditional stone cottage.

The downstairs bathroom is for the renter of this bedroom and provides bath, electric shower, toilet, w. c., towel rail, medicine cabinet and shelves, quiet extractor fan. (Landlady has her own bathroom).

Super-fast broadband. Shared kitchen, utility (washing machine and tumble drier, fridge and freezer), and garden. Green electricity. Lounge has multi fuel burner.

I am a non-smoker, Vegan, Friend of the Earth, occasional Quaker attender.

On road parking only. The house is 5 minutes walk from the main line railway station, bus stops and town centre.

Gracie, a Transylvanian rescue dog, lives here. She's clean, loves people and is house trained. As I'm vegan so would prefer to share with a vegan or vegetarian person.

Kitchen and utility is shared, plus lounge. I'd prefer a quiet, clean and considerate person.

There is a small front garden, a longer back garden and patio.

I think it's very important to get on well with anyone who shares, so if you are interested in the room message me and tell me something about yourself and ask me what you need to know. I've let rooms successfully before in different homes and take time to get to know someone before we decide we will house share.
