This light and airy room is set up with a single bed currently. I can source a double bed if needed but it obviously reduces the amount of free space in the room. 1 months rent upfront and a security deposit is needed to secure the room. If you are on universal credit I would need to see documentation to prove you are receiving it and that would have to be paid directly to me as I have had many problems with that in the past. The house has been recently renovated so is a very nice place to live. A cleaner comes in once a week and can clean your room if you wanted. Smokers are welcome to smoke in the garden but there is a strict no smoking policy in the house. I work a lot and have a busy social life so am not home a great deal. I am an easy going guy with a live and let live attitude and mutual respect philosophy. Shortlanesend is a great little village with easy access to Truro, Treliske hospital and Truro college so this room is ideal for students. There is ample on-street parking available.
