Situated on the outskirts of Pentewan Village. Our lovely farmhouse is 4 mins walk to the sea. 1 Double Room (14ft x 18 ft) single occupancy Shared Bathroom

Rooms are rented as follows:
Long Term 5 weeks or more
Long term rental payment - can be 4 weekly or per Calendar Month or you can pay weekly all in advance.
It includes council tax, electric , and heating and a parking space on our land.
Long term ( 5 weeks or more) £138 per week.
Short Term : All Short Term are Room only
Nightly £50 per night. 1 night bookings accepted
1 week bookings £200 per week. up to 4 weeks.

. This is a very Large Double Room with new single bed , - Bedside tables - Set of Drawers, - - New Fridge, New Microwave, Coffee/Tea making facilities available. Built in Wardrobe lots of drawer unit space , Leather 2 Seater Settee and an Armchair
This is a quiet room with views across the water meadow. .Very Bright and Sunny

We have a parking space for you on our private enclosed area .

We supply A Flat Screen TV if you are not bringing your own. We have Sky TV, Sky Movies, Sky Sports, and Superfast B T Infinity for fast Internet, These are all included in the rent.

Each person has their own cupboard in the kitchen. (Long Term) We have every conceivable utensil available plus crockery and cutlery .

If you invite guests to stay , There is a charge of £5 per night. .

Sorry working from home is not an option. A business cannot be run from the house.

There are no bills to pay. Laundry is included.

Bed linen can be supplied if you are not bringing your own. Full sets of bedding including quilts and pillows, are available at a cost of £5.00 a week. this includes laundering them weekly as well.

There are no other bills everything is included within the rent.

We have a large house with Lovely rooms, we have ( Very Warm Oil Central Heating) , we offer short term as well as long term contracts. Short term contracts have to be a minimum of 1 week

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities if required.
You have full use of the kitchen. including tons of equipment, crockery cutlery etc

The whole house is service cleaned , weekly, bathrooms are cleaned more often, as are corridors hallways and stairs

We hardly ever see you. We have our own accommodation, totally separate to yours.

If you are a smoker you are welcome, all smoking is outside and away from open windows

The house is situated 4 mins from the sea, (our beach is huge at low tide, and at high tide you can hear the sea, from your bedroom. We are on the outskirts of a picture postcard pretty village called Pentewan, with 2 pubs, and 2 tea shop - all 3 mins walk from the house. Plus Co op Nisa and a post office across the road.
There is a Superb Swimming pool complex & club facilities with bar and restaurant which are normally open all year . Great fishing from the beach. This area is very quiet in the winter and busy in summer

10 minutes drive to St. Austell.
5 minutes drive to Mevagissey and the Lost Gardens of Helligan

45 minutes from Truro and Newquay
(depending on time of year)

15-20 Minutes from the Eden Project.

The bus stop is three minutes walk from our entrance gate. Buses run every hour to St. Austell. We are on the lower part of the village (hence no uphill walking ) - .

Previous flat mates and current ones all happy to give us references. We also require references from yourselves.

Our flat mates are all professionals and of similar career status, they all get on really well with each other. The house is very laid back because everyone considers each other. The rooms are let as bedsits, there is no shared lounge. One tenant has been here for three years one for two years and one for 1 year. We are looking for someone who wants their own space is friendly and caring and laid back. like we all are.

They are all really friendly happy people who like their own space.. There is no communial lounge area in the house.
