Lovely room in beautiful property

We have available 1 lovely double room in our home. The house belongs to my parents who live in the property. There is plenty of space for all.

Room 1 is large, and fully furnished with a double bed and plenty of furniture. The room has access to a lovely balcony around the house, perfect for reading in summer.

You will also have access to a shared bathroom and kitchen.

We are a friendly and busy household and we are looking for someone that is working, but is looking for a nice sanctuary in an adult household for their evenings and weekends. We are looking for single person as we feel a couple in the house would be too much. Ideally you will be friendly and sociable but also like your own space. The lounge is really a space where my parents spend time together so its just the room.

Must like dogs, we currently have 2. Parking is plentiful and off street. Laundry limited to once a week. Bedding can be provided for your bed if you need it, or you can bring your own.

Apologies but we prefer female lodgers. We are pretty negotiable with when you come and how long for and also consider monday to friday lets for those working in the area.
