Room available in soon to be lovely home!

*I have found a roommate subject to contract signing etc*

I am going to be renting out a double bedroom in my house once I have finished the renovations (new boiler, electrics, carpets, patio doors etc). There are two bedrooms in total and I will live in the other double. The house is in St Columb Minor, Newquay and has a front and back (south facing) garden, but on road parking outside. I am quiet and clean, but will on the odd occasion have friends over for a chilled evening. There is only one bathroom. I work long hours in the week so hoping for someone who is respectful of each others routine.

I'm happy to chat and hang out together in the living room but equally happy to chill on my own - whatever works.

I'm happy to consider pets.

I have wardrobes and chest of drawers for each room, but no beds/mattresses, this is something we can discuss if required.

No internal photos yet as it is getting redecorated but I have uploaded a video to give an idea of the house,. The wall in the lounge is coming down, the fireplace is coming out and patio doors are going in so it will look quite different! Also the garden needs a good clean and spruce up!
