Just seeing if there would be any interest in renting a double room in the house I live in. Has some drawers and small built in cupboard but no bed so that’s why it’s listed as unfurnished.
Small village out of the way but still easy to get to St Columb, Wadebridge, Newquay and Padstow.
Choice of beaches nearby.
Would be shared use of the kitchen, bathroom and living room.
I’m a sociable person but do enjoy my own company also, definitely not a party house (and would be difficult given the location!) but not against fun or the occasional drink.
I have reptiles and a cocker spaniel who wouldn’t be keen on another dog taking residence so that’s the only reason I’ve said no to pets. Can be discussed if something else though.
