The flat was damaged by a small flood and the last tenants cat! …so it is being fully renovated as I speak . The studio is approx 60sqm with a bedroom above…my house is next door but I don’t live there and is also rented , but I’m about fairly often to tend to my gardens and my plot .
It’s a great little place which everyone whose lived there has enjoyed .
I hope to have it all finished by the end of June.
