Single room available in a 3 bedroom house situated in Trewellard, Pendeen. The room has a single bed, wardrobe and underbed draws. Also has a desk which I can take out if not required. Ample parking outside property. All bills included. Shed available for a bike if required. 1 minute walk to bus stop with buses running every hour to St Just and Penzance

Trewellard is situated a 5 minute walk, less than a mile, to Pendeen village which has a local shop, meadery, post office, pubs and a fish and chip shop. There are beautiful walks around Pendeen and the surrounding area. There is a farmers market held twice a month in Pendeen.

Looking for a working individual or student, that’s clean and tidy. No DBS. References required. No pets and no smokers. Long term and short term lets considered.

I work part time, and I am a relaxed, easy going, tidy, individual that likes walking, reading and a healthy lifestyle.
