Study/third bedroom, downstairs shower room with utility area and large newly refurbished kitchen diner. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and newly refurbished bathroom, with stand alone bath.
Outside is a lovely courtyard Garden which is real suntrap, that has seating area and eating space. There is also parking for three cars. It has an outside oil fire central heating system and a wood burning stove.
We can offer the property fully furnished, part furnished or unfurnished; whatever is necessary.
Blackwater is 3.9 miles from the hospital and is ideally situated for the a30. It is next door to a pub and the local Truro bus stops outside. The Hopleys 304 runs from 8.10-17.10 Mon-Fri and has five buses on a Sat. It also has off road parking for three cars.
The house is currently occupied but could become available at any time.
Ideally suited to hospital employees especially on short term placement. Ideally we would prefer a couple or friends to rent the property as trying to find suitable individuals is proving difficult.
