Double room with private bathroom in TRURO centre

Large double bedroom, all bills included, with own private bathroom.

My name’s Lizi, me and my partner are looking for a single professional or professional couple ( £700 pcm for couple) to occupy our downstairs double bedroom. We have a 6 month old little girl called Elsie, she is great and our current house mates say that they pretty much never hear her. 😊
You would have private use of the downstairs bathroom and shower, we would only be sharing the kitchen and garden. Lots of cupboard space and your own fridge freezer. Both my partner and I are vegan and would prefer to share With a vegetarian or vegan but it isn't necessary 🌱
The photos are mostly accurate, however we are currently making some changes to improve the garden., creating a seating area etc.

All bills are included.

There is street parking available nearby during the evening, there is also a parking permit available for about £30 a year through Cornwall Council.

The house is situated behind Marks and Spencer’s, is a 3min walk to the bus station, 10min walk to the train satiation and about 25 min walk to the hospital.
