We’ve got a double going in our house share. It’s £550 a month with all bills included and parking available too.
There’s currently 3 of us living here, we’re all working professionals and all really laid back. I’ve also got my dog living here too, he’s really friendly and very welcoming.
With regards to parking, like most of Truro, it’s permit parking on the road. There’s always loads of space around here to park and one of our current lodgers paid around £70 for 12 months so it’s pretty good.
We’re based in a residential area conveniently near the centre of Truro, a five minute walk at most with bus and train routes nearby.
