There are currently two masters students who are at Falmouth university in the property, both are clean, quiet and hardworking.
The house is recently renovated (and on going) and is a quiet space (as much as it can be in a town)
The house would suit a young professional or student who just wants a place to put there head down.
The room I’m available is on the front of the property and there is a busy road out front. The bathroom is shared and on the second floor.
I am scheduling a cleaner for every two weeks.
