We are looking for a nice professional housemate in our lovely, extremely spacious Victorian house in Truro. Ideally located for the hospital, County Hall and central Truro. It is available from January 2019 or before if necessary. The space available is a large, bright, quiet bedroom, sharing a large luxurious bathroom with two others.
We are looking for a professional 4th sharer to share with 3 others. Nice, friendly amenable, clean but easy going person wanted who would like to live in a very spacious, smart, uncrowded house with a good atmosphere.
The house is newly refurbished and has a new kitchen with dining table, large fridge/freezer, new carpets throughout, new bathrooms etc. Lovely, large communal furnished lounge with sun room and on site parking. Extremely convenient: Walking distance to hospital, County Hall, The train station and Truro City.
Own rooms need to be furnished by housemate, but the live out landlady is very helpful and sometimes has some spare bits of furniture. Please ask.
Friendly, fair, live out landlady. Cleaner and tv licence included in price.
