Furnished Double room to rent in shared house

We have a double bedroom to rent in our lovely house. Must be available to move in from mid January

It's about a 10 minute walk in to Truro and about 30-40 minute walk to Treliske. There is also really nice pub at the end of the road.

We have a fairly large living room with two sofas and a TV, two bathrooms with showers (one has a bath too!) and separate kitchen. The kitchen has a good amount of cupboard space, two ovens and a dining table.

The room to rent has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed. It is a reasonable size and has a nice big window. 

Our road is permit parking. We have two permits and one spaces around the back of the house. One permit will be available.

There is also a huge shed in the garden which doesn't have much in it if you have anything you'd like to store.

Rent includes all bills. There is a one off £100 application fee to pay via the estate agents.

My housemate and I have lived in the house for a just under a year. When the stars align and we're all free at the same time we enjoy cooking together, drinking wine, watching TV or heading to the pub.

We would like to offer the room to people who are tidy, respectful, sociable and considerate. Preferably female.
