This is a victorian era house with high ceilings and a lot of old world charm, with modern double glazed windows and insulation, well maintained. DO NOT CALL AT THE HOUSE UNLESS YOU HAVE APPOINTMENT.

All tenants are tidy, honest, friendly, working professionals. The room would suit a mature non smoker, strictly 1 person per room, male or female (no couples), mature and no party animals :)

Applicants must be willing to respect others by taking part in keeping shared areas clean and tidy. All rooms are very spacious and fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and drawers. They also have TV points and individual door-locks. The house also has the latest fire and smoke alarm systems installed as per regulations. This is a Housing Executive approved house.

The heating, and electric and wifi is all included in the price, so you don't have to worry about bills, and WiFi is good speed.

There is a massive living-room, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen which are all shared. A security deposit will also be required (£295), which is fully refundable providing the room is returned in good condition.
