Double Room in Stranmillis (2 bed flat)

A nice, double room to let in the leafy Stranmillis in a small but cosy two-bedroom apartment.

The room is quite spacious, fully furnished with a double bed, three-door wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. Car parking space is available and there's good bus connection into town (30 minute's walk). The area is very safe and pleasant with plenty of shops/cafés/QUB and PEC 'round the corner.

The rent is £300 per month plus £17 monthly for the Wi-Fi; bills are around £30-£40 per month.

I’m 26, I work full-time and study part-time; I’m a laid-back and friendly, though quiet person who treats the apartment very much like home and a place to chill (so, not a party house).

There is also a friendly/clingy cat living in the house.

Would ideally suit someone who:
• Is a professional or a mature student
• Tolerates cats
• Probably is rather low-keyish (but most importantly, a respectful/amicable person)
• Has a penchant (but not obsession) for cleanliness
• Is generally looking for a nice, quiet home. :)
