Hi I've a double room to rent in South Belfast. I live in a 2 bed house and have 2 cats. I work full time doing shift work, so I'm usually working evenings. I enjoy baking when I feel motivated and am always looking for people to try what I bake. I'm very clean and tidy and would like to live with someone like minded, I've lived in shared accommodation before so am very conscientious of personal space and noise. I have wifi in the house and you also have access to Netflix and prime video.
My house is beside a garage which is open 16 hours a day, it's a 10 minute walk from marks and spencer, b and m, home bargains, pure gym, dw fitness etc, and 10/15 minutes from lisburn road.
