Room For Rent

The room is available from 1st August and is fully furnished. It is advertised as a single but there is more than enough room for a double bed.
The house is well kept and located in a quiet, friendly street.
Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment.
The bathroom is clean and fresh and has a seperate bath and power shower.
The Cregagh Rd which is a main route into the city centre. The Cregagh road is a busy road with a great selection of shops and cafes. The bus stop is a couple of minutes away and its only 5 minutes into the city centre by bus, or a 20 min walk. There is a new Tesco Superstore on the Castlereagh road just a couple of minutes from the house. Ormeau Park and Orangefield Park are only a few minutes walk and are great for walking or jogging and includes tennis courts, football pitches as well as other leisure facilities.

The room will be offered on a strict first come first served basis.
I have absolutely no time for any time wasters. Please respect that.

I am self employed locally in the fitness industry. I also play and coach Rugby. Due to this I work most days and am usually busy.
I have a very active lifestyle but enjoy heading out at the weekend.
The new housemate should be easy going, tidy and good fun and reliable.
