Niall is 30 and works in tech at All State he works a hybrid model and is only in at the house a couple of days a week. AJ is 30 and works in Tech. All very easy going and sociable. House is great and we keep the place tidy and looking well.

The electricity bill and the gas bill are shared by all tenants (£30 each in wintertime). Television license, council tax, internet and cleaner are covered by myself.
