I am a easy going live in landlord, This is a tidy clean property located just of beers bridge road in east Belfast I don’t live at the property full time, I work in Belfast and use the house as a base when I’m working, so I rarely be in the house. Basically I am renting the room but with full use of house, I leave early in the morning and home late at night so the house is empty most of the time, with all bills included in the asking price.
