Seeking new flatmate

Hi, I'm Laura and I'm a 23 year old currently working and studying in Belfast. My current flatmate has just got an opportunity to move to Austrailia, so we're having a look to see if anyone would be a good fit to take her room! The flat is near Cutters Wharf, right at the end of the Lagan tow path, so perfect for nipping into town or walks in the meadows, and very close to QUB and the PEC and handy for cycling or walking into city centre. I'm tidy and quiet to live with, like chilling in the house and watching TV/cooking/catching up with housemates! I'm not a huge drinker but I do like the occasional night out, and I've always ended up making great friends with the people I live with. I'm into rowing and fitness and music and love coffee and spending time outside (when weather allows...). I also have a cat, he's a 2 year old rescue called Hemingway (i did not name him, pls no shade). He's a little sweetheart, and seems to be pretty friendly with other animals too! Give me a shout if you think you'd get along with me and the cat and our little army of plants :)
