I'm currently seeking a housemate to occupy a double room that I've now vacated. Two of the housemates are male students and one a professional female. The room was occupied for over a year and is in good condition. We're a quiet house with no parties and we're looking for somebody with the same preferences.
Included in the house is a kitchen refurbished last year, next to a small living room and back yard. Also included are two toilets, a shower room and fast WIFI. The bills come to no more than £60 a month per person, with oil ordered every few months.
